WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?

We are located in The Arcade, Broadmead, Bristol City Centre, UK. The entrance to The Arcade is beside Starbucks Coffee on one side or opposite the House of Fraser on the other.


ARE YOU LICENSED?

We are fully-licensed for acupuncture with the Bristol City Council.


DO I NEED TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT FOR  A CHINESE MASSAGE SESSION?

No, it is not necessary to make an appointment for a massage session. We always welcome walk-ins but its highly advisable to make an appointment if you intend to come in during the busy periods. (Lunchtimes & Evenings especially.)


CAN I GET DISCOUNTS ON PRODUCTS & TREATMENTS?

Students (NUS card required) and Senior Citizens get 10%.


WHY DO YOU OFFER FREE CONSULTATION?

We offer free consultation as we know Chinese Medicine is still not very well understood in the UK. We hope to be able to best help each individual by fully understanding their condition before recommending a form of treatment.


ARE YOUR PRODUCTS GENUINE / LEGAL?

We only source from legitimate TCM companies who are already well known in the Far East. Also, we work hard to make sure that all our products are 100% genuine & legal in the UK. If you have any queries, please speak to our manager.


DO YOU SELL YOUR PRODUCTS ONLINE?

Yes! We do have an online store where you can purchase a selection of our products. We offer free delivery to most of UK Mainland, so do check it out!
